Privacy Policy
This site is operated by Bryson Hansen d/b/a Elite Home Industries, a sole proprietorship. Where this policy says "we", that means him.
The short version
This site collects nothing unless you choose to send it. There are no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics and no cookies set by this website. If you fill in the estimate form, we use those details to quote your job and to contact you about it. Nothing else.
What we collect
The estimate form asks for your name, phone number, email address, the city and state of the property, which service you need, how urgent it is, and whatever you write in the message box. All of it is optional in the sense that you do not have to use the form at all. You can call instead.
Why we collect it
- To prepare and send you an estimate
- To contact you about the job you asked about
- To keep a record of work quoted and carried out
We do not sell your details, rent them, or add you to a marketing list. We do not pass them to anyone except where it is necessary to do the work you asked for, for example giving your address to a supplier making a delivery to your property.
How the form is delivered
Form submissions are transmitted through a third-party form processor so they reach our inbox. That provider stores the submission on its own servers under its own privacy terms. That provider's own policy applies to its copy of the data.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own and embeds no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts are served from this site rather than from a font provider, so loading a page does not tell any third party that you visited.
If Google Analytics, a Meta pixel, or call-tracking software is added in future, this section must be updated and a cookie notice may become necessary.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for up to two years, so we can pick the conversation back up if you come back to us. Records relating to work actually carried out are kept longer, because tax, insurance and warranty obligations require it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Where a record must be retained for legal or insurance reasons we will tell you that rather than quietly ignore the request.
Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights. Residents of some states have specific rights over personal information. Contact us and we will deal with it.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
