Who we are
This website is operated by Bryson Hansen d/b/a Elite Home Industries, a sole proprietorship. A sole proprietorship is not a separate legal entity: the business and its owner are the same person in law, and any contract you enter into is with him personally. Contractor registration numbers are published in the site footer and on each service-area page.
Information on this site
The descriptions of services, methods and timescales on this site are general guidance. Every property is different, and nothing here is a diagnosis of your particular situation. Do not rely on a web page in place of having someone look at the actual problem.
Estimates are not contracts
Submitting the form on this site is a request for an estimate. It does not create a contract, does not reserve a date, and does not oblige either of us to anything. Work begins only once a written scope and price have been agreed separately.
An estimate is based on what is visible and known at the time it is given. Restoration work in particular frequently uncovers damage behind finishes that nobody could have seen beforehand. Where that happens we will stop and agree any change with you before continuing.
Insurance we carry
We carry general liability insurance, which is the cover that protects you as a property owner against damage caused in the course of the work. We do not currently carry workers' compensation: as a sole proprietorship with no employees, we are exempt from it in Idaho. This is stated plainly rather than left to inference.
Insurance claims
We document water and mold losses to the standard an adjuster needs, and we will provide that documentation to you or your insurer. We do not decide coverage, we cannot promise a claim will be approved, and we do not act as your representative in dealings with your insurer.
Licensing and scope
We carry out work only where we are properly registered and licensed to do so. We work in Idaho and do not accept work outside it. Where a service is regulated, we hold the relevant credential or we do not offer the service.
Work that requires a separate licensed trade, such as asbestos or lead abatement, structural engineering, licensed electrical or plumbing alterations, will be identified and referred rather than undertaken.
Use of this website
You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. You may not scrape it, copy its text or photographs for another contractor's marketing, attempt to interfere with it, or submit false information through its forms.
Photographs
Job photographs on this site are of work carried out by Elite Home Industries and remain our property. They are published with the property owner's permission and do not identify addresses.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website. This does not limit our liability in respect of work we actually carry out, which is governed by the contract for that work and by the consumer protections of the state it is performed in.
Governing law
These terms, and any work carried out under them, are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
