Show us the pile
A few photos are usually enough for a quote. For bigger clear-outs we will walk it with you.

Fixed price before we start
Pricing is by the volume it occupies in the truck. You get the number before anything is loaded, not after.

We do the lifting
Including from upstairs, basements and back yards. Nothing needs dragging to the curb first.
- 04
Sort, donate, dispose
Anything still usable goes to donation, recyclables are separated, and the rest is disposed of properly.

Sweep up
The space gets swept before we leave.

What can you not take?
Hazardous material is the main exclusion. Paint, solvents, oil, asbestos, chemicals and most batteries need specialist disposal and cannot legally go in a general load. Tell us what you have and we will point you to the right route for it.
How is it priced?
By how much space it takes in the truck, quoted up front. A few items is a small charge; a full garage is a truck load.
Do I need to be there?
Not if the items are accessible and you have confirmed the scope in writing. Plenty of landlords and agents have us clear a property while they are elsewhere.
