The emergency work. Both are time-sensitive: the longer a property stays wet, the more of it has to come out.
Inspection
Finding out what is in the building before anyone disturbs it. Available to other contractors and property managers as a standalone job, not only alongside our own work.
Renovation
The heavy end of a remodel. Taking the old out cleanly, and putting a proper finish back on.
Property Care
Outside and around the building. Cheaper to keep on top of than to put right later.
